Oakville Parks Service Buildings

Green Propeller Design considered and designed every aspect of this project for optimal functional, aesthetic, environmental and community benefit. The relationship between the buildings and their context is key to the success of the design solution: wanting to be unobtrusive to neighboring residents, yet visible for purposes of way-finding for park and lakeside users. In addition to being successfully produced within budget, the building at Tannery Park finds balance by preserving all existing trees and planting in a mature park setting, and improving the view for neighbouring residents.

Coronation Park provides an attractive, rhythmic element as a hub for the park; connecting playground and splash pad with the shoreline.
