Marina Huissoon, founder of Green Propeller Design, is a licensed Architect, Urban Planner, and LEED Accredited Professional who has practiced architecture for over 27 years. Before establishing the firm of Green Propeller Design in 2005, Marina worked as a Senior Architect with a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm for 18 years. Her particular interest in making communities better through sensitive design strategies has lead to the firm’s commitment to “community-centric design”. This includes promoting sustainable communities, promoting the common good, reducing our shared environmental footprint, and using resources wisely.
