Marina Huissoon, Architect MRUP, OAA, MRAIC, LEED AP® - Principal
Marina is a leader and strategic thinker for the firm. With several decades of experience in project design and delivery, project management, and administration, Marina brings together the skills and resources needed to realize a client’s vision and goals.
With a strong base in institutional projects, Marina provides leadership in design and technology to ensure high quality deliverables. Her significant experience in building code interpretation and application also supports every project.
Very collaborative and hands-on in all phases of each project, Marina’s designs are strategic and thoughtful. Her energy and passion for sustainable design helps improve the shared environmental footprint.
Brian Williams, Project Consultant
Prior to joining Green Propeller Design, Brian was the Principal of his own architectural firm, Brian Williams Architect, from 1983 to 2017. He has carried out a wide range of projects including commercial, office and industrial buildings, historic restorations, fire reconstructions, multi-family residential and single-family residential buildings. Brian has extensive experience in the areas of both design and construction, which enables him to provide clients with attractive, practical and economical solutions to their building requirements.
Matthew Dibbits, Project Manager
Matt brings over a decade of technology experience to our client’s projects. With solid experience in construction activities and construction document preparation, Matt plays a key role in the construction phase of our projects, ensuring that the design is executed to high standards.
Shannon Dean, BA, Office Manager, Project Administrator
Shannon brings to the firm a sound knowledge of business administration, and exceptional construction project administration experience. Shannon’s thoroughness and precision ensures fluid communications between all parties through all phases of each project.
Stuart Hill, B.Sc., Dipl. Arch. Tech., Architectural Technologist
Stuart is an experienced technologist with a background in engineering design. Stuart contributes to the team in technical systems and detail design, drawing, coordination, and quality control. He has worked on a wide selection of complex transit projects, and is well versed in residential design, heritage conservation, and development planning. Stuart’s engineering background brings valuable cross–discipline coordination for the technical aspects of every project.
Jessica Gordon, BA, MA, Interior Designer, Technologist
With a flair for colour selection, a love of furniture and fabrics, and a deep appreciation of visual art, Jessica contributes her interior design skills to our client’s residential and commercial projects.
Greg Culos, M.Arch
Greg is a graduate of Carleton University Architecture program. With project explorations about the role of architecture as a passive and active social facilitator, Greg is learning to give creative architectural expression to real life challenges. With a keen sense of future technology, Greg is bringing best practices in 3D software to the Green Propeller team.
