What is the green propeller?
The green propeller is a maple key. It flies from its parent tree and, without the help of mechanics, flies to a new and close by fertile place to grow a new and independent life. Our philosophy of buildings is similar. Natural energy can be used to control the indoor environment; only when passive energy cannot provide comfort conditions should technology be applied. This design philosophy works towards creating balance between built and natural environments.
