This 2-storey commercial development reflects the desire of the owner / occupier to make a strong design statement while maximizing the building space and cost efficiency.
The 2-storey high natural stone wall slices through the building’s exterior skin to provide a dramatic support for the interior lightly detailed stair.
A shared front entrance gives access to tenant areas on the ground floor and provides a high impact entrance to the owner’s reception area visible through the glass layers above.
