This project includes rezoning and official plan amendment for a 0.4 hectare property on Hurontario Street.
The new development will integrate with the existing pattern of buildings, and includes all the provisions of the City of Mississauga zoning by-law.
The building is a 2 story tenant office building of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. Building materials are stone, stucco and glass. A standing seam metal roof will distinguish the building as a commercial property.
