Seniors Apartment Building - 426 Pine Street

This Milton Heritage Award Winning 2 story 6-unit apartment building is designed to integrate into an established Milton neighbourhood. Using design elements from heritage houses in the area, and respecting the scale and materials of the surroundings, this infill project will provide independent living for seniors, ranging from 680-800 sq.ft. units.
Using traditional red brick, respecting window to wall ratios, and using windows of a style typical of early 20th century, the building fits well with the scale of other large houses on the street.
The building was designed under Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code. Design services included planning approvals, architectural design, building permit application, in architecture, structure, and mechanical disciplines.
