Habitat For Humanity

Habitat for Humanity builds decent, affordable houses for low income families.
By working in the process of building their own home, the home owners build equity in their home and contribute to the value of the house.
Volunteers are at the heart of the work, both in construction as well as planning for construction. Assisting on a build is an opportunity for team building as you work each day with new volunteers, with a wide variety of experience and skills.
Green Propeller provided permit documents for the 2007 Burlington build consisting of 2 semidetached houses, and we continue to assist on other volunteer initiatives.
